  Progress bar color needs updating to match new Ubuntu Orange
  definition

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The color of the progress bar (when launching libreoffice) is
  currently defined as rgb(222, 72, 20) (#DE4814) which is the old
  definition for Ubuntu Orange. The new definition (per
  https://design.ubuntu.com/brand/colour-palette/) is #E95420 or
  rgb(233, 84, 32).
