It doesn't matter if I go to another mouse device or any button I press, and I can't get back control over the system. Not with alt-tab or any other key combination will allow me to continue working, I can just keep dragging the browsertab around. Only way to stop it is Ctrl-Alt-f1 and kill the browser from outside of unity. I think it should be considered unity bug or touchscreen bug because this behaviour could be in any piece of software.
