I'm experiencing the same issue. I tried deleting all "Login" keyrings, and a new one gets created every time I log in.

Every time I log in (step 1), the value of N increases. I also see in the "Passwords and Keys" application, that there are multiple "Passwords" keyrings with the exact same name, "Login" (see screenshot). The number of duplicate keyrings increases with each login.
