Public bug reported: I'm sorry but I'm not an expert. Its the red "no entry" disk that tells me to run Package Manager - just I can't find where to right click it ... The error message is : Error BrokenCount>0 & tells me that this usually means that my "installed packages have unmet dependencies". Since I have Ubuntu I've never managed to update anything because of authentication problems. I'm the only user & since I've changed my password it doesn't work - but the one before didn't either. To get in here I had to use the 1st one. I'm really lost with all this. For info - I have half the computer still on Windows 7 - till I get used to Firefox - where I've also downloaded it. I hope you can get me out of this. I regularly get a warning that my Firefox is critically out of date - but the update just aborts ... But it's version 59.0.3 (64 bits) in W7. Thank you for you help ...
