Title: No caps lock indicator on login screen Status in gdm3 package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Status in unity-greeter package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: Expected results: Pressing the Caps Lock key should cause an indicator to appear on the login screen. Actual results: Pressing the Caps Lock key does not cause the login screen to change in any way. Reproducing: 1. Install Ubuntu 17.10 Desktop ISO and log in, press Caps Lock key, see no indicator. (gdm3 3.26.1-3ubuntu3) 2. Install Fedora 27 Workstation ISO and log in, press Caps Lock key, see an indicator.
