Appearance regression on Kubuntu 14.04 in version 46

Bug description:
I am not sure if I should fill this bug against firefox or againts
gtk3-engines-oxygen.
There is an appearance regression in Mozilla Firefox browser version 46 after
it switched to gtk3 engine. This problem is appeared on Kubuntu 14.04 using KDE
4.13 and still persists after KDE updgrade to 4.14.3 from Kubuntu backports
PPA. Problem disappears, when I switch to different gtk3 theme in system
settngs, but this option breaks seamless graphical desktop experience. Also
from several disccusions on internet I could observe, that this problem also
affects users different DEs like Xfce for example.
