Title:
  Apply button not showing after changing display arrangement

Status in gnome-control-center package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Description
  ===========

  What I expect to happen
  -----------------------

  After changing the display arrangement the button *Apply* should be
  available for me to press and apply the changes I've made.

  What actually happens
  ---------------------

  After finishing the display arrangement the *Apply* button disappears.
  I've attached a screencast of the problem in action with this issue.

  Steps to reproduce
  ==================

  1. Start *Displays*.
  2. Click on display 2 as shown in the screencast so it moves down and make it
possible to move display 3 to the left of display 2.
      * The *Apply* button appears after this step.
  3. Move display 3 to the left of display 2.
      * The *Apply* button disappears after this step.
