Firstly, please take a photo of the problem and attach it here.
Secondly, it sounds like some part of the system has crashed. Please:
1. Apply the workaround from bug 994921.
2. Look in /var/crash for crash files and if found run:
ubuntu-bug YOURFILE.crash
and tell us the ID of the newly-created bug.
3. If step 2 failed then look at https://errors.ubuntu.com/user/ID where
ID is the contents of the /var/lib/whoopsie/whoopsie-id file on the
machine. Do you find any links to recent problems on the machine? If so
then please send them to us.

My screen got deconfigurtated

Bug description:
WHen I get into google or some other programs, my screen fails, and
don't work any longer. It became a screen like that of the Tv shows
when there is not signal, and it just doesn't respond any more. I
can't do anything, and I must restart the PC, the screen doesn't allow
me to do any other operation. I previously have the 16.04 LTS ubuntu
with unity and conpiz, and I tried to actualize it to 18.04 LTS
version, the bug began.
