William,

We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all
reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some time ago
and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.

Presumably this problem was a one time occurrence and/or is no longer an
issue? Can this bug report now be closed?

If we do not hear from you the bug report will close itself in
approximately 60 days time.

Thank you for helping make Ubuntu better.

Title:
firefox running (tv page) but not showing in a window

Status in firefox package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I loaded nbcnews.com to watch Today. I draged the windows to the left,
because the image was not all at the window space. After that I
increase the size of the firefox window to right. But when I release
the mouse the firefox wondows disappeared. however the voice of the TV
still was running in background. I closed all the firefox windows but
the TV voice was still running underground. I restarted the linux, but
when I began the firefox, the old TV voice loaded too, without showing
  the window.
