Discussed on IRC; we can change l-s to pull in poppler-data for all
languages; latin speakers who don't look at documents using obsolete CJK
encodings will probably hardly ever miss it, but as long as evince
doesn't install it on demand it's probably safer to add it.

Title:
  Install poppler-data by default

Status in “language-selector” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
Since poppler-data is no longer "non free" it should be part of the
default install (or at least a direct dependency of poppler itself)
since otherwise there are files that won't be readable.
