We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all
reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some time ago
and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.
Presumably this problem was a one time occurrence and/or is no longer an
issue? Can this bug report now be closed?
If we do not hear from you the bug report will close itself in
approximately 60 days time.

no more printing

Bug description:
Hi,
after the latest update my system is no more printing. When I click on print,
nothing seems to happen. The list of documents to be printed is empty. Also the
printer shows no reaction.
What can I do?
