We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all
reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some time ago
and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.
Presumably this problem was a one time occurrence and/or is no longer an

What i expected to happen: Install other software without error.
What happened instead: When trying to install got an error informing
me i should fix this package before i am able to install or remove any
programs. I ask it to repair and It fails then tells me to report it,
so here I am.
