Title:
add virtual modem support for hylafax

Status in HPLIP:
  Incomplete
Status in hplip package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: hplip

There is no support for faxing using hylafax. It would be nice if
hplip provides optionally a virtual modem for use with hylafax. A good
  starting point is the t38project
  (http://sourceforge.net/projects/t38modem/) which provides the source
for a virtual modem and connects to sip endpoint on other side. It
should be easy to replace the sip part by driver access.
