Pontus,

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to
look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some
time ago and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.
Your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates.

It would help us a lot if you could test on a currently supported Ubuntu
version. When you test it and it is still an issue, kindly upload the
updated logs by running only once in a terminal:

apport-collect 588236

and add any additional information that you think relevant.
Alternatively, please confirm that this is no longer a problem and that
we can the report. If we do not hear from you this bug report will
expire in approximately 60 days time.

Thank you again for helping make Ubuntu better.

Title:
Firefox loses memory of user/pass + history

Status in firefox package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: firefox

The version of Ubunu that is affected with this is Ubuntu 10.04 both 32-bit
and 64-bits in Sweden as far as I know.
The version of Firefox is 3.6.3...

After a while Firefox loses it's memory of the user/pass that is saved and
even the history, and to solve the problem you need to close firefox and
re-start it. Even in safe mode it occurs but not as fast as in normal mode...
In normal mode all settings clear out after about 10-15 minutes!
