Scale of screensaver login box is far too large on 3000x2000 display
when GUI scale is set to 200%

Bug description:
When locking the desktop, the gnome-screensaver login/password prompt
box is not properly scaled. My display is 13.9" with a resolution of
3000x2000.
This happens when the scale of the GUI in Budgie settings is set to
200%, but the box appears to scale relatively well when the scale of
the GUI is set to 100% (while considering everything is much smaller
at that scale).
