Title:
hp-systray should fail silently if no system tray

Status in HPLIP:
  Confirmed
Status in hplip package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: hplip

When using hplip-gui under natty with Unity, every log in gets an
error message popup "No system tray detected on this system". See
  attached screenshot.

This should simply fail silently when no system tray is present
instead of popping up an error message.
