This blocks release upgrades to Cosmic Cuttlefish. "dpkg --purge --force-all libcuda1-352" does not help, but vmagnin workaround does work.

""" in yakkety. I think what happend here is that we had a buggy version of nvidia in xenial-proposed (and maybe yakkety) for a brief time. This version contained the var-lib-snapd-lib-gl.mount - the new package does not have cleanup script for this.
