Bug description:
  Hi,
  I am having ubuntu 16.04 long after ms. I have a usb duplex Canon ImageClass
D 520 printer which worked well until I used MS. But not now. I got this
message when I follow some discussions here.

  cups : Depends: libcups2 (= 2.1.3-4) but 2.1.3-4ubuntu0.2 is to be installed
          Depends: libcupscgi1 (>= 1.4.2) but it is not going to be installed
          Depends: libcupsmime1 (>= 1.4.0) but it is not going to be installed
          Depends: cups-core-drivers (>= 2.1.3-4)
          Depends: cups-daemon (>= 2.1.3-4)
          Depends: cups-server-common (>= 2.1.3-4) but it is not going to be
installed
          Recommends: printer-driver-gutenprint but it is not going to be
installed
