Thank you for your bug report/patch, could you give some details about
the issue/on what video card/driver is it happening exactly? If that was
impacting all nvidia users we would have more reports about it which is
not the case.

  After resumed from suspend, desktop wallpaper does not get drawn
  correctly on Nvidia graphics

Bug description:
  This is a known issue on Nvidia driver for a long time.
  Originally it only happens on Unity Launcher, now it also affects desktop 
background.

  To solve/workaround this, the background needs to be redrawn upon
  resume.
