Chrome gets System Title Bar and Borders when option is not selected

Bug description:
I'm using Ubuntu 11.10 amd64 in the Unity desktop environment.
When I have the option to "Use System Title Bar and Borders" NOT selected, if
I maximize then shrink a Google Chrome window sometimes it has the System Title
Bar along with Chrome's native title bar. The bug can be replicated by
maximizing the window, minimizing it to the Unity Launcher, opening the window
again and then shrinking it. A screen shot of the window is attached.
