Tobias, thank you for your suggestion. However, the changes you are requesting aren't really a bug and require more discussion, which should be done on an appropriate mailing list or forum. http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/ might be a good start for determining which mailing list to use. I happen to prefer LO showing as it does because it shows the syntax for printing a range. In MS Office 2003, this population of the entire range does not happen, however syntax instructions are shown in the print UI.

This is highly nonsense. If we are in a multiple pages document, and I want to print all of them, I don't switch the radio button and just go with "All pages". _If_ I switch the radiobutton to "Pages" then I have a reason not to print the whole range. Thus the earlier behaviour, namly selecting and showing by default only the current page, does make sense, since this is the most common case. It takes you one more click/tip on the keyboard to choose the right page number. And if for some reason, you cannot see which page you wanted to print (Status bar gone, small screen, etc), you will even have to type more than one. The only reason I can see is to hint new users how to use the selection in the interface. That's not worth it, I think. Thus this bug report.
