Title:
Playing video on chrome sometimes freezes until i'm not moving my
  mouse

Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Latest update made some strange problems:

  1) system-udev made a high CPU usage on nvidia, i have made a restart
  on the udev:

  sudo systemctl start systemd-udevd systemd-udevd-kernel.socket
systemd-udevd-control.socket
  sudo systemctl stop systemd-udevd systemd-udevd-kernel.socket
systemd-udevd-control.socket

made a bleachIT also, that problem seems to be solved.

  2) when ubuntu stops on 120Hz there are some strange lines appears at the
bottom of the screen
It does not safely stop, just kills the nvidia driver probably, or does some
nasty manipulation

  3) On latest update - playing video on chrome freezes for a sec, until i'm
not moving my mouse
It did not appear before, although the high CPU usage was present on previous
releases

  4) scrolling is the weakest point of the gnome shell related to CPU
  usage
