Steps to reproduce:
1. add remote ipp printer (remote is running ubuntu cups) using
system-config-printer -> shows printer type "remote printer", printers setting
in system-config-printer shows duplex, paper and other options from remote ppd,
there is no local ppd in /etc/cups/ppd/ for this printer and no MakeModel in
printers.conf.
2. try to print from firefox -> Duplex, Paper Type and other options are greyed
out and shown as "not available"
Workaround:
1. copy ppd from remote cups server, though this may not always work (filters
not available locally or remote cups not accepted binary blob already processed
by cupsFilter)
2. use generic ipp profile (does not support all target features)
3. use driverless to generate ppd (may not catch all target features)
