Title: New message badge doesn't show sometimes Status in thunderbird package in Ubuntu: Incomplete Bug description: Sometimes I'll get mail into my inbox but the red number badge doesn't show on the Thunderbird icon. Other times I think mail comes in but doesn't play a sound (not sure on this latter point.)
