Users have to press the ``reload'' button in nautilus after extracting a tarball with this method. Bug could lead users to extract multiple versions of the tarball into the parent directory before realizing the error. This bug is similar to a prior issue with Nautilus not refreshing after user creates files (cannot find bug tracker for this issue).
