I don't know if the problem has been resolved by changes in the software or a new version results in a correct functionality. If the fact that we reached end-of-life of the version 12.04, results in "no more action on software maintenance" the bug report could be closed without resolving the problem. And this is not "Fix Released". Or "close the bug-report" always is indicated with "Fix Released".
