  switching tabs, tab gets lose

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-terminal

  When I click on a tab, often not always the tab get lose conected and
  get its own window. I'm not sure why. I tried to reproduce it by

  I guess this is a function that does not work correctly. When you drag
  your tab down it should not open in a new window. Only when you
  explicitly move the tab out of the screen, or hold the tab for a while
  when you drag it.

  Now it happens on split seconds and is not predictable.
