  hindi language font not working on terminal.

Status in gnome-terminal package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-terminal

  after installing language fonts (whichever i could find) hindi font
  doesn't seem to work. Hindi words are not appearing properly.
