Title:
  dconf-editor shouldn't be in Sundry

Status in Ubuntu GNOME:
  Fix Released
Status in gnome-menus package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
In Ubuntu GNOME 16.10 Beta by default, there is one item in the Sundry
folder in the Activities Overview: dconf-editor. It should be moved to
Utilities instead. Unlike some of the other stuff in Sundry, it's not
  a legacy app.

I tried working on this bug by patching gnome-menus but it's not
  working in GNOME.

I also saw that Debian patches gnome-menus to keep alacarte out of
Sundry but in Debian testing, alacarte is in Sundry so something isn't
  working right at all.

Personally, "Sundry" never did make much sense and I don't believe it
was ever defined. The category hasn't been updated in years. I think
we should remove the Sundry category.
