The bug is years old without activity nor recent similar report, closing
as deprecate. You can open a new bug if that's still an issue though

When there's a valid key file for authentication over SSH/SFTP,
Nautilus first asks for the server login, but then proceeds to log in
using the key file. It should probably be the other way around.
