I did not check any other parts of Seahorse since I don't plan to use encryption. Reloaded MATE 18.04 and it works fine there. #327481 did not seem to let me re-open that issue from 2010 so reporting again. + + Found that I can overcome problem by changing the View for Show Personal + to Show Any.
