OS Version: Disco Dingo 19.04 Firefox Version: 65.0 Expected: I can download a file and click save in a reasonable amount of time. Actual: Downloading a file causes Firefox to crash or freeze or take many many minutes! 😨 Write-up: When downloading files of any size, the dialogue that asks weather to save or open a file appears. This window, as well as any other Firefox window becomes unresponsive. Occasionally I can wait minutes and it will respond again; sometimes the application will crash however. I believe crashes and longer waits occur with larger downloads. Using Firefox Nightly builds has resolved my issue, but this is a temporary fix for me. I believe it is this https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1517101 on the upstream. <3 thank you for the free software; even if there are rough patches occasionally! Cheers from Wisconsin.
