Title:
  Missing "Additional Search Domain" Feature

Bug description:
Ubuntu 19.04 uses the gnome-control-panel's network manager, and it is
missing the feature of adding "Additional Search Domains".

Here's that feature as it looked in Ubuntu 16.04:

Here's that same tab as shown in Ubuntu 19.04 via gnome-control-panel:

And, very importantly, it is also missing for VPN settings:

This feature helps you ping a computer by name without having to type
in the full domain address of that computer. If you are connected to
just one network, it might not be necessary. But when you are
connected to multiple networks it is very useful because you can put
in all the domains you are connected to and then be able to just ping
a computer's name without having to type its whole domain too.

Essentially, it tells the network manager, if you do not find a
computer with this name on the first domain you look for it at, then
also look for that computer name on these other domains.

This is a regression of functionality (compared to Ubuntu 16.04).
  Please add it back.
