Title:
totem-mozilla plugin does not load when content is contained in a
  frameset

Status in Totem:
  Invalid
Status in totem package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: totem-mozilla

  totem-mozilla: 2.26.1-0ubuntu5 0
Ubuntu: 9.04 with all updates installed
  Firefox: 3.0.9

When I attempt to play a file that is in a frame contained in a
frameset, such that the toplevel address in the address bar does not
change, totem-mozilla chokes on load and no plugin is displayed; just
a blank screen. Navigating directly to the content in question works,
so I know it's not an issue with the plugin.

When launching Firefox from the command line, it reveals totem
complaining about "cannot find base URI" or something similar. (I
can't remember it character for character, and I can't look easily due
to installing the mplayer plugin because I needed to see the content
right away; when I get a chance, I'll put up all of the chatter)

It should just play the video. This was the behavior under 2.24 under
Fedora, and is the behavior of the MPlayer plugin.

Note: this is quite possibly an upstream bug.
