  Ctrl+F does not open the search bar but closes it if already open by
  click on the magnifying glass icon.

  open Ubuntu Software (gnome-software)
  enter Ctrl+F -> nothing happens
  click on the magnifying glass icon -> search bar opens
  enter Ctrl+F -> search bar closes
