Title:
Chromium's window-borders are not showing correctly and the browser is
  not 100% usable

Status in chromium-browser package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Ubuntu GNOME 14.04 LTS 64-bit and I'm running Firefox 30 and Chromium
  version:

  Version 34.0.1847.116 Ubuntu 14.04 aura (260972)

Chromium is a MESS. I can't use it probably ... I always need two open
browsers and it is a mess on Facebook and Gmail as well and whenever I
maximize the window, some of its border specially the upper one just
  disappear.

On Xubuntu 12.04 LTS, I'm having hard time with Chromium as well -
  https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=379544

  and: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/chromium-
  browser/+bug/1325498

Not yet sure if these are related.

As per Ubuntu GNOME Mailing List, I'm not the only one who is affected
  with this bug.
