Title:
  network-manager-openvpn works only in command line

Status in network-manager-openvpn package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Using Kubuntu 18.04 with KDE Plasma 5.12.8 network-manager-openvpn not
  connecting but if I use openvpn --config CONFIG_FILE.opvn in command
  line I get connected with a problem...
