please:

1. Wait until the screen turns off.

2. Wait until the screen turns on again by itself.

3. As soon as the screen turns itself on, run this command in a
terminal:

   journalctl -b0 > curjournal.txt

   and send us the file 'curjournal.txt'.

  blank and power off.

  They appear to do this once but then come right back on and stay on.
