Ubuntu delta was just a rebuild, so it should really have been dropped
long ago:

Bug description:
  Ubuntu has delta from Debian that was never upstreamed. Please drop
  the delta and sync librsync 2.0.2 from Debian so Ubuntu would not lag
  behind.
