@Josua: Thanks for that explanation. Since you are here, may I take the opportunity to ask a question. I think that Mathieu would prefer that TCL somehow is compiled into a binary, and that's what README indicates will happen with the installed- shared option. But Debian builds with installed-shared, and they still depend on libjim.
