Title:
empathy previous conversations displayed in UTC, so wrong day

Status in Chat app, and Telepathy user interface:
  Unknown
Status in “empathy” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
In the Previous Conversations calendar, conversations are stored in
UTC, which is unexpected. I'm in GMT-4. If I start a conversation at
1800, and resume it at 2200, I expect to find them together. Instead,
I find the later messages in a day later, one that hasn't started in
  my timezone yet.
