I never tested it on 19.04 but I'm sure that I would have tripped over it if there was a problem. I have been using 9.10 regularly now for about 2 weeks. (I noticed that Gnome went from 3.33xxx to 3.34.1). The problem reported is no longer present. PROBLEM FIXED, THANKS. Tested on Firefox, Rythmbox, System Monitor, LibreOffice 6.3, and Thunderbird.
