I tried to start a session with "ubuntu wayland" on the VM and the problem is 
not there, the problem is only on the xorg session.
I can't start "ubuntu wayland" on the host desktop with the NVIDIA GPU, of 
course I enable "nvidia-drm.modeset = 1", but that's another problem.
