I wanted to report with ubuntu-bug, but that doesn't open a browser window so it doesn't report a bug. I'll attach a screenshot of the corrupted screen. It stays corrupted until I restart the computer. The laptop is a new Dell XPS 15 with a GEforce GTX 1650 card. I use Ubuntu 19.04.
