  Display a message box if a user double clicks on an .exe or .msi file.

Bug description:
  1) Ubuntu 19.10
  2) 3.30.6-2ubuntu10.19.10.0
  3) If a user clicks on an .exe or.msi file, display a "Windows software is 
not compatible with Ubuntu. Some Windows software can function correctly on 
Ubuntu, if a program called WINE is installed. Would you like to download and 
install WINE?"
  4) Double clicking on an .exe file started Archive manager.
