Public bug reported: 1) Ubuntu 19.10 2) 3.32.1-2 3) Ubuntu Desktop Guide, Tips & tricks, Screenshots and screencasts. Press "ctrl + print screen" to take a screen shot of a window. 4) I selected the System Monitor window and pressed that key combo. Ubuntu froze. I restarted Ubuntu. My fans were spun up, so I opened System Monitor to see what was causing high cpu usage. Python had 50% cpu usage.
