Public bug reported:

1) Ubuntu 19.10
2) 3.32.1-2
3) Ubuntu Desktop Guide, Tips & tricks, Screenshots and screencasts. Press
"ctrl + print screen" to take a screen shot of a window.
4) I selected the System Monitor window and pressed that key combo. Ubuntu
froze. I restarted Ubuntu. My fans were spun up, so I opened System Monitor to
see what was causing high cpu usage. Python had 50% cpu usage.

** Affects: gnome-system-monitor (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
