It suggest to check wiring, but wiring is fine but I checked it still. I run the diagnostics and go to submit trouble report and the bug clears out. The diagnostics do a list of program files that I have submitted numerous times already....Today the disconnect happened on 2nd startup after computer was shut down for a bit. I always use Firefox browser, and never had problems before these incidents. I am always able to recover after diagnostics are run. Is there a bug clearing program that I can run to clear out this nuisance problem?? Thank you for your time, J.
