Title:
[nT435/nT535, Realtek ALC888, Black Headphone Out, Front] fails after
  a while

Status in alsa-driver package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Sound gets killed when headphones (unplugged+replugged) into headphone
jack. I've tried all the prelim and advanced troubshooting tips on the
  audio trouble shooting page
  (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingSoundProblems) and only a reboot
restores sound after a simple headphone unplug+replug operation.
  Rebooting...
