Bug description:
  This is an PlayStation 2 USB eye-toy. I have used it in the past with
  no issues. I encounter the issue today after not using it for a couple
  of days. I am also having an issue with an USB PlayStation Eye for the
  PlayStation 3 posted here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source
  /alsa-driver/+bug/867936. Both are Logitech hardware.
