Public bug reported:

With the latest live release, starting takes around 4:30 to get to the
jingle and around 5:40 to get Ubuntu up and running. With the version of
24-01-2020 instead 0:47 and 1:08 respectively. The boot time with the
latest releases is exaggerated. Please check and correct the problem.
Thank you.
